This is for all the camera enthusiasts. Improve your skills with theory, practice and yes -wine and food! While most people use the 'auto' setting, your photos can easily improve with some advanced techniques. Join fine art photographer Bill Fell (www.fellphotography.net) in an advanced exposure techniques workshop. Workshop topics include: selecting the ISO setting, fine tuning your camera's exposure meter, selecting the appropriate situation to use 'program' and 'manual' modes and alternate methods to determine exposure. Practice the techniques taught in an outdoor photo session. A two course plated lunch with British Columbia wines at the Sun Peaks Grand Hotel will be accompanied by a discussion of the morning's photo session results. Please bring a DSLR camera that can be used in various operation modes, outdoor clothing, charged batteries, and sufficient space on the camera's memory card for an active practical session.
