Iconic and Collectible Wines of BC with John Schreiner

As Canada’s foremost wine historian and industry author, John Schreiner will share his extensive knowledge about the best wines produced in British Columbia to add to, or start, your wine cellar. Based on his recent book, topics will include: iconic wines defined, purchasing strategies, wine clubs, collecting varietals, tips on successful cellaring and the importance of record-keeping for insurance purposes, collecting within a budget, and which wines are not suitable for collecting and why. This seminar will include tastings from several wineries, producing some of BC's best collectible wines.
